I offer comprehensive, formulation-led psychiatric assessments for adults, aimed at developing a clear and meaningful understanding of your experiences, particularly where there is complexity or uncertainty.
Drawing on a biopsychosocial and psychotherapeutically informed approach, each consultation is designed to provide diagnostic clarity, practical insight, and a structured set of personalised recommendations.
This is primarily a once-off assessment service. Following the consultation, recommendations can be implemented with your GP and other relevant supports. Ongoing follow-up is not routinely required. My role is to provide an in-depth professional opinion and a clear direction for management, rather than ongoing care, which is best supported through GP-led or multidisciplinary services.
This service is suitable for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their mental health, as well as for GPs and professionals looking for structured specialist input.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Assessment

This assessment is a comprehensive consultant led evaluation lasting a minimum of 90 minutes. It is grounded in a biopsychosocial approach, with a focus on developing a clear and meaningful understanding of your experiences. The process is psychotherapeutically informed, with an emphasis on formulation, psychoeducation and empowerment, supporting you to gain practical insights and a deeper understanding of yourself. The aim is to work collaboratively towards a clear and personalised plan to support your ongoing care.

Follow-up sessions (30 - 45 minutes) are available where further assessment or refinement of the management plan is required.
Medico-legal Report

Medico-legal assessments and reports are provided on request, offering independent and objective psychiatric opinion.
